We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Aviva plc. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls from brokers and manage existing and incoming insurance claims
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good level of IT skills to navigate systems
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary
