Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Aviva plc. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from brokers and manage existing and incoming insurance claims
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good level of IT skills to navigate systems
