Job Title: Customer Service Consultant - Financial Services

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Adelaide. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls related to client queries and issues
  • Manage client expectations and provide timely resolutions to their concerns
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
What We Offer:
