About the Role

This senior beauty consultant position involves providing extraordinary customer service, consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs, and making every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and consult with customers to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and presentation to reflect a prestigious brand.
  • Manage the beauty counter effectively, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and maintaining store appearance.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter or similar role.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers.
  • Ability to work well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to learn about new products and services offered by National Pharmacies.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
