Claims Service Consultant Role Overview
At Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in the claims service sector. As a Claims Service Consultant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and professional support throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to motor claimants, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the operational processing of claims, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date throughout the process.
- Liaise with 3rd party insurers and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient claim resolution.
- Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering best possible outcomes for customers.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
About You
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre role is mandatory.
- Experience handling insurance claims is desirable.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
