Customer Service Consultant Role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to promote our services and products.
  • Work closely with technicians to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Meet sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines while working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call centre environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in using multiple web-based databases and email programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask effectively.
