We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Counter Associate to join our team at Myer Adelaide and Myer Tea Tree Plaza. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products and excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting DECIEM's vision through excellent service
  • Determining customer needs and suggesting relevant products by listening to the customer and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
  • Adhering to the DECIEM experience and delivering unparalleled customer service, educating customers about the world of beauty and skincare, DECIEM brands, and products
  • Managing customer feedback and queries
  • Operating POS and completing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participating in inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date
  • Contributing to a positive, fun, and professional team environment
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns
  • Performing operational duties such as cash handling, restocking, and replenishing products

The successful candidate will have:

  • A love of beauty products and a passion for skincare
  • Comfortable engaging customers and applying products with the customer while providing consultations
  • Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding customer service
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
