Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable individual to fill the role of Sales Professional for our client, a Business Engineering company.

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities through sales calls, digital outreach campaigns, and networking opportunities.

You will be expected to understand the company's services and solutions completely and thoroughly after an initial training period and be able to listen for potential client pain points and challenges in relation to our services and solutions to successfully secure discovery meetings with the engineering team.

This is a commission-based position.

Responsibilities

  1. Assess data to create an ideal customer profile.
  2. Creating, launching, and optimizing outreach campaigns.
  3. Creating sales - this will be a commission-based position.
  4. Scheduling closing meetings with qualified leads.
  5. Email Follow-Ups with dormant qualified leads and existing clients.
  6. Contribute to promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, CRM and Marketing platforms, social media platforms, and network marketing in various platforms.
  8. Possess analytical thinking skills and the ability to identify problems and come up with creative sales solutions.
  9. Be patient and have a short learning curve, willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  10. Experience in non-aggressive and nurturing sales techniques.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  5. Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to recording sales outreach, potential leads, and communicating progress.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  7. Professional and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.
  8. Knowledge and experience in business consulting, business engineering, technology, and virtual assistant industries.
