We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team at Hubstaff, driving revenue growth through exceptional sales and outreach skills. As a Sales Executive for our Business Engineering company, you will be responsible for obtaining qualified leads and closing sales deals.

**Salary and Benefits:**
The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of up to $70,000 per annum, plus commission up to 20% on closed sales. A probation period of 90 days applies, after which there is potential for salary plus commission. **Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing data to create an ideal customer profile.
- Crafting and launching targeted outreach campaigns.
- Scheduling closing meetings with qualified leads.
- Email follow-ups with dormant qualified leads and existing clients.
- Contributing to promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
