Hubstaff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This commission-based position offers a competitive salary of up to $60,000 per year, with the potential for additional earnings through sales commissions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional who can effectively identify and pursue qualified leads, building relationships and closing deals to drive business growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assessing data to create an ideal customer profile, launching targeted outreach campaigns, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is up to $60,000, with the potential for additional earnings through sales commissions. Our compensation package includes a 90-day probation period, after which successful candidates may be eligible for a salary plus commission arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess data to create an ideal customer profile, identifying key pain points and challenges that our services can address.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, utilizing social media platforms, email, and other digital channels to engage with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads, providing personalized solutions and building strong relationships to drive sales success.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track progress towards goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, CRM software, and other relevant tools to support sales efforts.
