We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Hubstaff. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining qualified leads and closing sales through sales calls, digital outreach campaigns, and networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess data to create an ideal customer profile.
- Launch and optimize outreach campaigns.
- Schedule closing meetings with qualified leads.
- Email follow-ups with dormant qualified leads and existing clients.
- Contribute to promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
What We Offer:
Up to 20% commission on closed sales, a 90-day probation period, and potential for salary plus commission after 90 days.
