  • Deliver HR strategies aligned to business growth and operational objectives.">
  • Support transformation and innovation across the full employee lifecycle.">
  • Reimagine ways of working using digital tools and platforms.">
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and reporting.">
  • Drive process and system improvements through HR projects.">
  • Oversee contracts and compliance.">
  • Deliver actionable insights through HR reporting and data analysis.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a HR generalist or Business Partner in a medium to large, multidisciplinary organisation.">
  • Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce planning.">
  • Capability in managing change and competing priorities in a complex systems environment.">
  • Hands-on, proactive approach and confident working at all levels of the organisation.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership capability, and detail-orientated approach.">
  • A degree in HR or a related field (or relevant experience).">
  • Right to work in Australia.">
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months).">
  • Driver's Licence.">
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module.">
  • NDIS Worker Screening check.">
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.">
