Job Title: Human Resource Manager

In this key role, you will serve as a vital member of our Functional Management Team. As a direct report to the Country General Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director, Group Human Resources in Singapore to drive and complete all HR activities.

This position involves:

  • Partnering with stakeholders on all HR projects and initiatives
  • Developing annual HR planning and strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Supporting Managers in compliance, employee retention, and engagement-related activities
  • Leading workforce planning and coordinating recruitment efforts with external partners
  • Oversight of new staff induction, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Responsibility for developmental requirements, including probationary reviews, 1:1s, and performance management issues
  • Ownership of group policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Leadership of cultural recognition framework in support of the Country General Manager
  • Monthly reporting for management, including KPIs, movements, leave, and compliance

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:

  • Proven experience in a Generalist HR role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent
  • Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of modern employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • A passion for collaborative work environments
