Senior HR Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement strategic initiatives that drive organisational success

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively
  • Work closely with leaders to identify and address talent development opportunities, driving engagement and performance across teams

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in HR strategy and as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Proven track record of supporting global organisations in multiple countries
  • Excellent knowledge of international employment law and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional consulting and conflict resolution skills, with ability to coach and influence senior leaders at all levels
