Human Resources Strategist Job

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategist to play a crucial role in delivering our people and culture strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled HR professional to work with like-minded leaders in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and be able to interpret and implement policies effectively.

  • Supporting leaders through implementing procedures and policies to ensure they understand their HR obligations
  • Providing training on HR topics where required
  • Managing employee relations including grievances and demands
  • Delivering reports and suggesting improvements to increase company culture
  • Delivering performance management and implementing correct protocols
  • Reviewing remuneration and reporting back to senior managers
  • Maintaining high levels of company morale and culture
  • Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and developing action plans

Ideal Experience and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or related field
  • At least 3 years in a HR role or similar
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws
  • Current WA Licence
  • Ability to understand and interpret state and federal awards
