Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to make a strategic impact on the organization by providing expert HR guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and change management. They will be able to lead complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, and drive retention strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change management.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including senior appointments.
  • Drive retention strategies and support talent development initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, records, and policies in line with best practice and legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and support managers with reviews and coaching.
  • Act as the main point of contact for legal counsel on employment matters. Support investigations, risk assessments, and compliance in relation to Fair Work, WHS, and other employment legislation.
  • Lead and mentor the HR Team, building strong working relationships across the business with external stakeholders.
