**Human Resources Business Partner Role Overview**

Pilbara Environmental Services offers a leading role in industrial services and waste management solutions in Western Australia.

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our people structure, policies, and systems. You will partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day operational support and advice on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
