Our Darwin office has a great opportunity for a positive and energetic individual to join the team on a part-time basis. Using your previous experience, you will assist the team to deliver comprehensive, professional, and seamless administration and project support. You will be working with a dynamic, diverse, and supportive team in a busy and productive environment. Ideally, you would have worked within a consulting or professional services environment and have a genuine interest in environmental solutions.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the daily running of the office, including mail, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings and industry events
  • Coordinating vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Financial management, including POs, service invoice payments, credit card payments, and expense claims
  • Assisting with office health and safety management, including visitor sign in and safety checks
  • Assisting project managers in drafting proposals and tenders
  • Deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, and scanning
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assist with staff expense claims

Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years' experience in an administration role, with proven experience in:

  • Organisational skills and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in administration for medium-large organisations
