
Experience Coordinator

Lead the way in crafting exceptional workplace experiences that inspire staff to connect and collaborate. As a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver this mission by driving global principles and experience programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the face and ambassador for Workplace Experience, actively promoting the WX brand and fostering a positive environment across offices.
- Lead regional teams in providing exceptional workplace experiences for all employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with key program leads to implement innovative programs elevating experience practices within the organization.
- Create and deliver high-level communications effectively reaching and engaging all employees.
- Coordinate global events, activations, and programs enhancing employee engagement and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of workplace experience initiatives with company values and objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend external vendors and service providers aligning with organizational objectives.
- Oversee outsourced services focusing on superior service levels and positive outcomes.
- Use data analysis to optimize physical spaces impacting employee experiences and implement strategies for engagement and connection.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including peers, managers, and executive leadership.
- 3+ years delivering workplace experience, events, and food and beverage operations across multiple office environments.
- 1-2 years experience working in a distributed environment servicing remote and hybrid ways of working.
- Experience working with distributed leadership teams across varying time zones.
- Financial systems experience and managing budget trackers.
- Contract and vendor quality assurance experience ensuring service level agreements are maintained.
- Ability to foster a culture of idea-sharing and involve diverse stakeholders.
- Balance planning and urgency - develop detailed plans anticipating and resolving issues for efficient progress.
- Take ownership of challenges, learn from success and failure, and work through challenging situations to deliver commitments.
