Healthcare Experience Coordinator

Coordinate and manage patient feedback to ensure effective healthcare treatment and positive hospital experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively coordinate and manage patient feedback in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Work with patients, families and all hospital departments to bring about the most effective healthcare treatment and positive hospital experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Appropriate qualification and/or clinical background, and/or relevant management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in complaints management in a health care setting, including experience and skills in writing briefs and ministerial correspondence.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in conflict resolution, mediation/counselling and advocacy.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.
