Job Title: Event Experience Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Experience Coordinator. As an integral part of our national experiences team, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable brand experiences and events while developing the skills to lead projects in the future.

This key support role involves working closely with experienced Event Producers to manage projects from brief through to delivery, including timelines, budgets, documentation, and supplier coordination. You will also assist with client communications, preparing meeting notes, project updates, and coordinating approvals.

In addition, you will help scope projects and build budgets, tracking costs and reconciling post-event. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that all deliverables are clear and on track.

As an Event Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. You will also play a key role in building strong relationships with internal team members, suppliers, and clients based on reliability, attention to detail, and trust.

Requirements
  • 2-3+ years' experience in events, ideally within brand activations, experiential, or live production.
  • Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in live experiences, events, and client service.
