About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving market share growth and sales expansion in the assigned territory. Reporting to the ANZ sales team, this individual will be responsible for developing business with existing and new customers, introducing new products, managing distribution channels, and achieving sales, value, and margin objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a global company with a collaborative work culture, training and development opportunities, and genuine career pathways. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the wide format sign and graphics industry, with experience selling digital print media via direct and/or distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Exceed Annual Sales and GM Budgets: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed annual sales and gross margin budgets through effective business development and management of distribution channels.
  • Distribution Training and Management: Provide training and support to distributors on product specification, application, and sales skills to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell Arlon's products.
  • Maintain and Grow Current Channel Revenue: Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing distribution channels and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
