Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in Victoria by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective strategies to capture them
- Ensure state sales targets are met on a regular basis by monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and maintain strong market presence
- Regularly review the team's customer portfolio to ensure an optimal mix of customers

About You
- You have at least 7 years' experience as a Sales Manager in a rapidly growing SME
- You have a proven track record of business growth and profitability
- You have strong commercial acumen and can interpret sales data
- You can understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
- You can research and present ideas to Senior Management
- You have excellent negotiation, solution selling, and stakeholder management skills
- You have strong computer and analytical skills
