We are seeking an exceptional Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering high-quality support for the Fixed Wireless nbn network.
This role involves:
- Triaging and resolving incidents with precision and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records through Salesforce to ensure service levels are met.
- Collaborating with internal teams, offshore partners, and external service providers to drive timely customer-focused outcomes.
- Contributing to process improvement, reporting, and capability uplift to enhance overall performance.
- Supporting strategic initiatives to optimize network operations.
Key Qualifications:
- A background in telecommunications or IT, with experience in customer operations, service activation, and technical support.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clear, professional communication skills.
- Adaptability to change and a strong focus on customer service.
