Wireless Network Specialist

We are seeking an expert in wireless assurance to support our Service Assurance team. This role involves incident management and program delivery across the nbn network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve fixed wireless incidents.
- Maintain accurate records through Salesforce and ensure service levels are met.
- Engage with internal teams and external service providers to drive timely customer-focused outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement, reporting, and capability uplift.
- Support strategic initiatives such as Truck Roll Reduction and Omni.
Key Requirements:
- Background in telecommunications or IT with hands-on experience in customer operations, service activation, and technical support.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; clear, professional communication; adaptability to change; strong focus on customer service.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to organisational policies; contributes to a collaborative, risk-aware work environment.
