Job Title: Fixed Wireless Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fixed Wireless Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve Fixed Wireless incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records through Salesforce, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, offshore partners, and external service providers to drive customer-focused outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, developing reporting and capability uplift strategies that enhance the overall performance of the team.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as Truck Roll Reduction and Omni deployment.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in telecommunications or IT with hands-on experience in customer operations, service activation, and technical support.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; clear, professional communication; adaptability to change; strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
