This collaborative role involves developing strategic partnerships with corporations and major businesses within Victoria and Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing long-term, high-value partnerships that align with our organizational goals.
To succeed in this position, you will require excellent relationship-building skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to develop stewardship plans that drive growth and renewal. Your experience in social or consultative selling, as well as your documented track record of meeting financial targets, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating stewardship plans to drive growth and renewal
- Securing long-term, high-value partnerships with corporations and major businesses
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated transferable skills
- 5+ years of new business development experience in the NFP sector
- Experience in social or consultative selling
- Documented track record of meeting financial targets
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Alignment with our organizational values and goals
- Advanced knowledge of CRM databases and Microsoft Office suite
