We are seeking expressions of interest from licensed electricians for field service positions based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane with a leading global company.

The company is at the forefront of stored energy solutions and works across various industry sectors including Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Transport, Logistics & Warehousing, and Mining.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake modification, assembly, installation, testing & commissioning, repair and maintenance of electrical networks, wiring, equipment, stored energy systems and related equipment
  • Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams and specifications
  • Ensure undertaken works comply with Australian standards and industry requirements
  • Work to customer specifications and time frames as arranged
  • Comply with relevant Workplace Health and Safety Legislation
  • Accurately complete documentation for QA and compliance records
  • Liaise effectively with staff, contractors and members of the public in a professional manner
  • Maintain skills and technical knowledge relevant to the role
  • Comply with company policies & procedures

Requirements:

  • A Grade Electrical license
  • Current drivers license
  • Ability to work at heights and relevant accreditation
  • Ability to undertake overtime and local & interstate travel
  • Experience in installing electrical conduits according to plans and specifications
  • Previous experience in installing LV boards, air conditioning systems and PLC Control Systems
  • Relevant trade experience in a field-based position
  • Experienced in completion of documentation for compliance records
  • Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Computer literacy, organisation and problem solving skills
  • Will to take direction
  • Ability to prioritise workload
