Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will co-operate with other staff members to ensure that duty requirements and standards are being met and maintained. You will perform work on a planned and emergency basis, related to any preventative and corrective maintenance and installation, renovation, and construction of buildings, plant, and equipment, including the performance of peripheral and incidental tasks and assisting other staff so as to complete the whole job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete building management systems BEIMS dockets, including work feedback, inventory, and general maintenance reports.
  • Work with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, and work as a team member.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Ability to assist Trades and experience in plant & equipment maintenance and related building services infrastructure and/or in general grounds maintenance.

  • Current WHS General Induction for Construction in NSW Certificate.
