We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware problems related to PLM, CAM, and CAD solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support for clients using Siemens PLM solutions.
  • Determine the software and hardware requirements to resolve client issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
  • Install and configure PLM system infrastructure, including Teamcenter applications.
  • Develop and conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Proven expertise in PLM implementation and support with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solid Edge Portfolio and NX Portfolio.
