Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues with PLM, CAM, and CAD software and hardware.
  • Provide assistance to clients for Siemens PLM solutions ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Determine the software and hardware requirements to deliver effective client solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
  • Configure and install PLM system infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • PLM implementation and support expertise, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • CAD software skills in Solid Edge portfolio including NX Portfolio for Design.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules including Requirements Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
  • Proficiency in programming and technical skills including TCL, VB.NET, HTML.
