Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to provide support for PLM, CAM, and CAD software and hardware issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely assistance and troubleshooting for technical problems with PLM, CAM, and CAD systems.
  • Support clients in resolving user issues related to Siemens PLM solutions.
  • Determine system requirements to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve system problems and user-reported issues.
  • Configure and install PLM system infrastructure and applications like Teamcenter.
  • Develop and conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
  • Liaise with users and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Minimum X years of experience in PLM software support.
  • Proven expertise in PLM implementation and support with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solid Edge Portfolio and NX Portfolio for Design.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules, programming, and technical skills.
