Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned ICT Support Specialist to join our team. As a dedicated and technically skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing essential support, education, and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of clients' computer infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responding to technical inquiries and providing assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware problems.
  • Providing timely resolution of user issues related to PLM, CAM, and CAD software and hardware, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Determining software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Diagnosing, identifying, and resolving system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter and its integrations.
  • Developing and conducting training sessions and creating clear technical documentation to support end-users.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology, with demonstrated experience in PLM and software support.
  • Proven expertise in PLM implementation and support, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter (including Rich Client, Active Workspace, and BMIDE).
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly the Solid Edge Portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules, including Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
