Supporting Indigenous Student Success

Job Description:

This role provides a meaningful opportunity to contribute to long-term change by supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students on their journey to higher education. The successful candidate will develop, deliver, and evaluate programs that engage these students, schools, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate programs that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
  • Lead school and community engagement activities
  • Mentor a team of student ambassadors

Strong cultural knowledge and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are essential for this position.

Requirements:
  • Strong cultural knowledge and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Background in educational outreach and a relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Organisational and digital skills
