Role Overview:
About the Job:The role of Manager, Student Accessibility is a leadership position responsible for delivering student accessibility services.
This involves developing and implementing tailored learning supports and reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities or health conditions.
A staff-student partnership approach will be adopted to enhance students' ability to succeed in their studies.
The Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of inclusive, compliant, and student-centered services through collaborative relationships with faculties and academic staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored learning supports and reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities or health conditions.
- Lead the team to develop students' agency to succeed in their studies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with faculties and academic staff to ensure inclusive and student-centered services.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent people management skills, experience in supporting teams through change, and a passion for developing strong stakeholder relationships.
You should also have enthusiasm for improving services through process and systems perspectives to maximize effectiveness.
