We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Unanderra NSW, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.

In this key role, you will support our trade store by serving customers face to face and attend to other activities including stock-takes, shelf price maintenance and stock top-ups ensuring that goods are stored neatly.

By joining our passionate well established team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun and make a positive difference to all our customers.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA's on backorders
- General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area
- Identify opportunities to increase order size and profitability through up-selling and cross selling
- Participate in all product training in line with company requirements
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions

To be successful, you will have:

- Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment
- Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, problem solver and time management skills
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
