AccorHotel is seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items that showcase variety and flair, while adhering to cost margins specified by the hotel. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present menu items that meet the hotel's quality and presentation standards
* Maintain accurate stock rotation and minimize wastage through effective inventory management
* Ensure all cooked and pre-cooked foods are stored properly to maintain food safety and quality
* Collaborate with the chef on duty to ensure seamless kitchen operations
* Liaise with restaurant staff to ensure menu items are available and meet guest expectations

Requirements:

* Experience or formal training in cooking and culinary arts, preferably in a star-class hotel or commercial kitchen
* Strong understanding of food preparation, health and safety standards, and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction
