About the Role

As a Strategic Product Leader at RecordPoint, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our product offerings. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing Australian-owned company that values innovation, flexibility, and work-life harmony.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how products drive business outcomes and a commitment to ensuring their success by aligning cross-functional teams, prioritizing customer needs, and achieving key business objectives.

About You

You will be someone who takes full ownership of the product, including its strategic direction, market positioning, and overall business impact. You will excel at conducting thorough product discovery to identify and prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest customer value. Your ability to conduct comprehensive competitive and market research, analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings, will inform product strategy and ensure our product remains differentiated and aligned with market demands.

As a mentor to more junior product managers, you will contribute to their growth and development while leading by example. Your passion for representing the product at community events, industry functions, and through digital channels will build awareness and drive engagement among customers and stakeholders.

About the Job

This role requires:

  • Developing and validating product initiatives that add value and solve real problems for our customers through continuous product discovery
  • Leading and managing product initiatives from ideation through to launch and beyond together with our engineering, UX, marketing, sales, professional services, and support teams
  • Being the voice of the customer through in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Embedding yourself in your engineering squad to deliver innovative and viable solutions to customer problems
  • Establishing, monitoring, and reporting on success measures that align with your product vision and the overarching business objectives
  • Developing product packaging and commercial models that support our revenue targets
  • Acting as an evangelist for your product internally and externally

The successful candidate will also contribute to overall business planning activities, define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to build a balanced, value-driven roadmap of product initiatives.

We offer a salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including flexible work arrangements, generous paid parental leave, 4 weeks annual leave, and an Employee Share Ownership Plan.
