Job Overview


The Strategic Product Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping Enware Pty Ltd's product portfolio, driving business growth through innovative product development and execution. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams, define product vision, and drive revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Product Strategy: Specify marketing requirements, create life cycle strategies, and develop product user requirement specifications.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Track customer experience, track product performance, and act on performance data.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide educational content, presentations, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and Guide Product Development: Manage supply partner relationships, product cost prices, and monitor sales and profit against budget.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the plumbing industry.
  • Strong project management skills, thorough understanding of product management lifecycles, and experience in business-to-business selling strategies.
  • Solid experience in new product development, strong computer skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and time management skills.
  • Tertiary business (or related) qualification.

Salary and Benefits


We offer an attractive salary package estimated at AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
