We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey.
- Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them motivated and engaged in their fitness journey.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our members.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate members to take action.
- Drive and goal focus to continuously excel and improve sales performance.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with members from diverse backgrounds.
- A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super.
