About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Acute Care team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices to healthcare professionals in the acute care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned geographic areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide education and training to customers on our medical devices and their applications in acute care settings.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on acute care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with a valid driver's license.
