Territory Sales Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth throughout NSW by selling a range of Food & Feed Diagnostics products.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote the product portfolio within the defined territory.
- Customer, trend, and competitor territory mapping to develop and implement strategies for growth.
- Prepare monthly sales and forecast reports.
- Participate in regular strategy meetings with senior management.
- Opportunity Management through utilization of the company CRM platform.
- Achieve KPI's and annual sales targets.
- Tertiary level education, such as B.Sc. or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience within the food and feed industry in a sales-related role.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of business acumen.
- A positive attitude and work ethic.
- Self-drive and initiative with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Previous experience within the biotech industry is preferred.
