About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CX Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering customer experience programs that meet strategic goals and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate CX programs with the client service team
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage resources and budgets
  • Analyze data and provide insights

Qualifications and Experience:
You will need a tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or communications, as well as previous experience working in retail, administration, or a client service role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interpret and analyze data, and intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Additionally, you must be a proactive problem solver, possess strong relationship building skills, and be able to set targets and meet deadlines.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail and customer experience, has excellent time management skills, and is confident in their decisions. You should also be a multitasker with great organizational skills and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
