The Role & Responsibilities:

Key duties include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service in-store
  2. Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  3. Processing large volumes of stock
  4. Picking and packing click-and-dispatch orders
  5. Assisting in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  6. Maintaining a positive attitude at all times to sell to customers

Requirements:

Key requirements include:

  • Full availability from November to Mid-January (specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day)
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
