The Role

This critical position requires an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong solution-selling skills to drive new business growth. The ideal candidate will identify, qualify, and secure new logos, understanding challenges and positioning our services as the strategic solution. You will be a proactive hunter, expert in building new relationships, and adept at collaborating to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Solution-Based Sales: Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within target markets through proactive outreach, networking, and effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Sales Representatives: Work closely with Oracle sales teams to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities, aligning strategies and effectively positioning our services within Oracle-led deals.
  • Cultivate and Manage Key Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, involving regular communication, collaborative planning, and identifying joint business opportunities.
  • Champion Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and recommend the most appropriate services to achieve desired outcomes. Effectively articulate the business benefits and ROI of our solutions.
  • Develop Compelling Proposals: Clearly articulate our solution and its value proposition.
  • Pipeline Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline within our CRM system.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and solutions-oriented roles
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets, especially in complex sales environments.
  • Sales Planning & Strategy: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, set realistic goals and quotas, and forecast sales trends.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of our products/services, features, benefits, and how they address customer challenges.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and secure favorable terms.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in using sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
