
Training Development Expert

The Training Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that training is effectively planned, prepared, delivered, and maintained throughout the organization. This entails working closely with stakeholders to guarantee compliance and alignment of training programs.
This position involves managing a comprehensive program of training through a combination of administrative, classroom-based, on-the-job training, and e-learning systems to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of a customer-centric training operation including the administration, organization, and coordination of all training programs.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and consultation to ensure delivery of diverse expectations and demands.
- Monitor the quality of training preparation, delivery, and assessment of all courses conducted.
- Develop and provide feedback and reporting on critical training delivery.
- Coach and mentor Subject Matter Experts providing training and assessment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of competency-based training and assessment are essential for this role. Additionally, highly developed communication skills, negotiation skills, and a record of achievement in building relationships with key stakeholders are vital.
Able to facilitate and implement various training programs and possessing a thorough knowledge of relevant operations are also crucial requirements.
Sound understanding of program evaluation techniques and adult learning principles are also necessary.
