Training Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our training initiatives. As we embark on implementing a new platform and refining our operational processes, we require someone with exceptional expertise in delivering impactful training programs across various business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic approach to deliver results-driven training.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Design and create relevant training materials that bring the strategy to life.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions online and face-to-face.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Wealth creation, Financial Services or Superannuation.
  • Experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

This is a 12-month contract offering a competitive day rate for a skilled candidate who can drive our training initiatives forward and make a meaningful impact.
