A Key Role in Our Team

As a Capability and Training Specialist, you'll play a vital part in our team's success. Your role will be to design, develop, and implement blended training solutions that boost capability across our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain skill matrices and recommend training opportunities
  • Analyse customer trends and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal frameworks
