Training Program Developer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Expert to create engaging and effective training resources. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing timely, cost-effective, and instructionally sound industry programs and learning solutions.
- Designing interactive learning activities that enable participants to practice real-life skills and facilitate meaningful workplace transfer.
- Creating comprehensive learner guides, assessment booklets, learner workbooks, session plans, hand-outs, and other documents reflecting the requirements of the units of competency, the training and assessment strategy (TAS), and the VET training package.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the VET training sector, Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (NVR) standards, and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) regulatory and compliance requirements.
