Training Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Development Specialist to deliver high-quality training to our customers, empowering them to get the most out of our platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the skills and confidence they need to use our software effectively, increasing their adoption and satisfaction.
To achieve this, the Training Development Specialist will work closely with our customers, understanding their needs and developing tailored training programs to meet those needs.
This role involves creating and maintaining training materials, including webinars, expert hours, and one-on-one sessions, as well as collaborating with other departments to deliver projects that drive customer adoption and empowerment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have experience in software training, particularly in early childhood education and childcare software. A strong background in educating diverse customers and implementing/maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training through webinars, expert hours, and one-on-one sessions
- Curate and improve external training materials to stay relevant and accessible
- Manage the vertical's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop creative ways to encourage customers to adopt and make the most of our products
- Proactively stay informed and maintain expert knowledge of our software
