Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our contact centre and bereavement centre teams.

Your primary focus will be on developing comprehensive training frameworks and initiatives that address development needs across various learning formats. You will work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate essential skills and behaviours into learning solutions, ensuring an engaging experience for colleagues and managers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end training modules for contact centre and bereavement centre teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in training design and delivery.
  • Contribute to complex learning designs addressing development needs through varied learning formats.
  • Work with subject matter experts to integrate critical skills and behaviours into learning solutions.
  • Enhance existing programs and trainings to meet current and future needs of contact centre and bereavement centre teams.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in creating and delivering comprehensive training and development frameworks and programs for operational teams.
  • Expertise in building and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with others.
